Shipping policy

At Bonvoro Mart we want your order to reach you smoothly. Here’s what to expect.

Order processing — Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Delivery times — Estimated UK delivery is 7–15 working days from dispatch, depending on the item and your location. Some products ship directly from our suppliers, so delivery windows can vary, and a small number of specialist items may take a little longer.

Shipping costs — Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Tracking your order — Once dispatched you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 working days, email support@bonvoromart.com.

Delays — Occasionally customs, weather or carrier issues cause delays beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 working days, please get in touch and we’ll help resolve it.

Wrong or damaged items — If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@bonvoromart.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
